Justin Hubbert, President

Justin Hubbert is the founder and CEO of Park Place Finance, boasting almost 20 years of lending experience. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Purdue University and embarked on his lending career as a conventional loan officer at a Lending Tree affiliate and Chase Bank. In 2006, he established Park Place Finance in Austin, Texas.

Throughout his career, Justin has been actively involved in flipping houses and has successfully personally originated nearly $500 million in conventional lending. Under his leadership, Park Place Finance has flourished, growing from a 5-person company to a workforce of almost 70 employees in the past 5 years. The company has also achieved an impressive milestone of funding over $1 billion in loans, with a primary focus on quick-close private lending for investment properties. Justin also recently launched an Austin based title company, which he hopes to provide additional value for Park Place Finance clients.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Hubbert relishes his leisure time with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling to San Diego, playing golf, and running, reflecting his background as a former collegiate cross country runner.

Connor Donovan, Chief Revenue Officer

Connor Donovan, a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, distinguished himself not only academically but also as an active member of Sigma Chi fraternity, where he honed his leadership and teamwork skills.

In 2020, Connor embarked on his journey in the real estate industry, obtaining his Real Estate License. His passion and dedication led him to join Park Place Finance as an Account Executive, where he swiftly demonstrated his capabilities and earned a promotion to Senior Account Executive.

With a track record of originating over $100 million in hard money loans, Connor’s commitment to excellence and results propelled him to his current role as Chief Revenue Officer at Park Place Finance. In his capacity as CRO, Connor provides strategic leadership, overseeing the sales department and driving loan originations to new heights, ensuring the company’s continued success and growth.

Jesse Goldberg, Chief Operating Officer

Jesse Goldberg brings over a decade of expertise in private lending to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Park Place Finance. His background spans sales, leadership, process improvement, and business scaling. Previously, Jesse held key leadership roles as a founding member of CV3 Financial, CIVIC Financial Services, and Father & Son Lending, and was a high-volume producer at Genesis Capital. He specializes in Ground-Up Construction lending and building high-efficiency operational systems. Jesse is known for his focus on innovation and execution, consistently enhancing client service and driving growth through strategic process optimization.

When not working, he enjoys his time in Charleston, SC with his wife. An avid music player and concert goer, you may find him at shows for anything from jazz to heavy metal.

Dustin Hughey, Vice President of Operations

Dustin Hughey graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He began his career as a licensed real estate agent in Texas, and joined Park Place Finance in February of 2019. He served as a Loan Officer before being promoted to VP of Operations, and has extensive operational knowledge of every department within the company.
